The Hotel 350 is designed for smaller spaces such as hotel rooms, rental cars, and small boats. This model has a variable ozone output dial and a timer for treatment up to 60 minutes that will turn the unit off automatically when the sanitizing is completed. The typical hotel or motel room can normally be treated in 15-30 minutes. There is also a “Hold” selection on the timer so the space can be sanitized for an extended period in order to eliminate deeply ingrained odors.
A good selection for spaces such as:
Hotel and Motel Rooms, Nursing Home and Hospital Rooms, Rental Cars, Small Office Rooms, Cruise Ship Cabins and Small Boats. Comes complete with plates and filter. Just plug the unit in, turn the dial to select time and output level. Then vacate the area while the odors are oxidized.
Selecting the right model:
It is important to select a model based on the severity of the odor and the amount of time available for treatment. A larger model provides faster treatment and a smaller unit requires longer treatment, given the same size space. For example, the Suite 700 will treat the same space twice as fast as the Hotel 350. A larger unit is also better for deeply entrenched odors, and a smaller model works best on light odors.
Treating one room at a time does not always provide the best results. If there are smoke, food or pet odors in the facility, these smells will be inside the ductwork as well. To eliminate ductwork odors, the entire space must be treated with ozone at the same time. This allows the ozone to circulate throughout the duct system and oxidize the odors there. Treating the ductwork is also necessary to eliminate mold and musty odors. So for most situations, be sure to select a model large enough to treat the entire home or office.
